Derrick Glover Time based promotions, no matter the effort you put into the company only time will be rewarded Poor workplace quality, bring your own tools More band aid solutions than actual solutions Poor department management (NOT DIRECT MANAGERS) Horrible training opportunities or retention of employees Does not promote company loyalty, you are actually penalized for not being cut throat (DERRICK GLOVER) Cares more about face value than actually taking care of problems plaguing our simulators making them in quiet horrible conditions.

Good over all company with many benefits.

Cons

There is a huge problem with understaffed and underfunded departments. They are pushing to be a $5 billion company soon, but are not investing in resources to maintain their ever expanding footprint. Means a lot of people working 60-70 hours when they should lean forward little and keep from burning out the resources we have.
