Pros

Nice knowledge sharing culture, good work flexibility, time bank of 60h per year, health insurance, open space office, vacation time follows a schedule that takes into account previous experience and not only in-house experience.

Cons

Progress in the company only comes after a period of job rotation, i.e., playing different roles across different technologies, and then going to management.

Pros

Flexible schedule and paid overtime, open work space (while you read alot of negative comments about it, it surely is a positive aspect for anyone that's more into socializing and team work), nice environment (rooftop patio, video games, foosball, soccer and softball tournaments, wellness program, bunch of benefits (stock options, extra money for health and personal spending account, more than fair sick leave program), new (but too pricy) cafeteria and many more! Easy to change positions and try different things within the company.

Cons

There is a huge need of employees, people come and quit really quickly, mostly graduate students. Why? Poor training of these new 'kids', major lack of confidence in these same 'kids' (tell managers/SDL they finally get a new assignee in their team and watch there disapointment when you tell them it's a new hire), things tend to be slow (big companies = long processes) and some more experienced employees' are so negative about CAE products/initiatives/software that it can diminish anyone's enthusiast... regardless how much you enjoy your job.
