- Difficulty to find parking between 9:30 and 14:30 - Difficulty to obtain 1 on 1 with management.

- Nice Cafeteria - Friendly and supportive people - Usage of new tools - Bike friendliness - Huge parking area - Location: as an aerospace company it is good to see the airplanes so closely - Free shuttle service in the afternoon back to Du College metro - It is a place to improve skills, in the recent years the initiative is to use more modern tools

Cons

- scrum usage for bug fixing - open office (there are many articles that proves its negative affect on productivity), of course for someone it can be positive though - Location, there is a downside of the location: to reach it, you need to use the highways with smog, big traffic, etc - The huge parking lot is often full
