      Pros

      CAF picks good character and work ethic in their people. If you do well in your current job, you will grow and be rewarded. They promote from within. The leadership team is thoughtful with pay and bonus. Their housing discount is generous. CAF is also very thoughtful about their investors, and this helps employees understand their contribution. I absolutely love working here. I feel like I make a difference and am challenged to grow. I can’t imagine finding a better company to work for.

      I have been working at CAF Management full-time for about 10 months and I am excited for my future with this company. I am beyond blessed to work for a company that truly appreciates every single employee for working hard each and every day. They truly stand behind their value and core statement "People Matter. Performance Counts". I believe I have found my forever home and I am so thankful for all the opportunities and growth I have received since I have been with CAF.

      The one word that comes to mind when I think of this company is Growth. It has been an amazing experience to grow with such an outstanding company with true core values. I've been CAF since 2017 and have grown so much professionally. The amount of support I've received from both my leaders and peers has been very beneficial to where I am today. CAF Management has great benefits, one-on-one training, and truly wants to see you succeed! If you put the time and effort in you can move up pretty quickly. I love being a part of the CAF Management Team!
