      Hard to guess as there are none

      Top Managers play dirty politics and are very greedy. Unable to understand why no action taken. They are losing contracts regularly and so unstable.

      For the most part, good people at CAI and the client.

      Cons

      Was hired as a contractor with an opportunity to transition to a salaried employee after 3 months. That didn't occur until 6 months later. The salary offered was similar to what I was making in the early to mid-90s (I was totally shocked, and rejected it)! Prior to hiring, it wasn't made clear that I would be forced to take 3 weeks vacation without pay.
