      Pros

      Play ping pong while crew is working, chat with front desk ,Happy hours at 4 pm, hire friends to be puppets. All of this and not being billable to the client.

      Cons

      Employees remain loyal, impress clients , win new projects - not expecting generous 1% pay increase every 3 years, if employer is reviewed.

      Pros

      I worked at a university in Center Valley through CAI. For the most part I did not have much communication with CAI. I did like my job very much and the people at the university who I worked with -- CAI had nothing to do with this part though.

      Cons

      Every year we received $1000 for a raise, whether or not you worked your tail off. No bonuses and no 401K match. Management has no clue what you actually do on the job site as responsibilities grow.

      It's a simple job but gets boring real quick. Work/life balance

      Cons

      Terrible pay, no benefits, culture is non existent, work is boring, no interaction with anyone in office. Little room for growth and feedback is minimal
