      Very Stable company for parents with kids.

      Pros

      1. Very stable company. 2. They are like family and treat you well. 3. They are not known for laying off people. 4. If they lose a customer (for any reason) they will move you somewhere else or make you work at their office so you don't stay idle. That's a very good thing. 5. Health Coverage provided is very good.

      Cons

      1. Not known to be good paymasters. 2. Promotion prospects are good only in management track, not in programmer track. 3. Job titles are very ordinary in programmer track.

      Easy interview. Offers extra shifts during the week. Easy job.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized! They did not give out a list of the supervisors with contact information in any case a problem arises. The security doesn't know the staff or had any contact information to provide. After a powerpoint of training you are left to remember everything on your own with little to no help! The work can be boring.

      In some roles heavy travel is required; this is merely a part of providing clients on-site solutions
