Pros
The people at the HQ are nice. They are helpful and get back to you quickly.
Cons
Their time sheet, support, benefit sites are often down. You need to use 5 web sites, with 5 pwords: 1. for main site, 2 email, 3 benefits, 4, payroll, 5, pay stubs. All are complicated, don't work sometimes, and are time-consuming! Pay is pretty low too.
