Pros
If you want to work for a company that has a higher purpose than simply growing the business, this is the company to work for.While business leaders acknowledge and act upon the importance of growing the business, they certainly do invest $ and associate time into helping inner city youth reach their potential. And for someone who is more altruistically motivated, it gives real purpose to the work we do. As it relates to the work environment, there is a lot of good things happening on this front as well.
Cons
If you work at a remote site, it can sometimes be difficult to gain a sense of all the good things that are going on in the business.
