      Pros

      They placed me in a excellent company that provided me with great opportunities to grow as a Project Manager and provided great support.

      Cons

      Very little contact from the account manager, only saw him for annual reviews and very few phone calls. It would have been nice to have had more support from him and the company.

      The greatest advantage of working here was the responsible and professional people that motivate you to do and achieve more.

      Sometimes it takes a little longer than one would expect to get things done, however the end-result is always very satisfying!

      Pros

      Big company that works & acts like a much more smaller nimble company. People pitch in and help each other when there are problems or a challenge to meet. Open door policy, candid feedback can always be asked for and given. Company values doing whats right for the customer. Flexible work, assuming client is okay.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes time to get things done but usually escalation gets the job done.
