      Absolutely None. This company will shove Critical Race Theory, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion down your throat all while working you to DEATH!!

      EVERYTHING! This company is Super-WOKE. If you value your opinion, this isn't the company for you.

      - Stronger direction for the future and company updates from executives--great new messaging for clients, colleagues, and communities - Stronger culture with refreshed core values and company mission - Growing alignment across all departments - Less siloes and more working integration with many tech platforms - DE&I goals and fundraising events bring awareness and community support - Many opportunities and new projects for professional growth

      - Need better benefits - Update processes but these are improving with fresh perspectives and new technologies - Mentalities need adapting to where the company is going

      Pros

      A great entry level role for anyone who wants to get their foot in the door of this industry. Opportunities to travel (domestically and abroad) and move across different business capabilities. Opportunities of growth (leadership etc.) Lots of opportunity to learn about new technology in the industry Great retirement benefits (employer gives 15% of paycheck into retirement) Genuinely great people at the company, I've loved my managers and supervisors thus far. They have been very considerate of me and very helpful in my growth.

      Cons

      Company could give us more wellness benefits, but I also understand this increases costs for them. They are a rapidly growing company but still has the negatives of a startup. Could take care of employees a little better in the way employees need. Really no other complaints.
