      Toxic senior leadership, zero inclusion, and no respect for experience

      Pros

      Remote work was the only real upside. A few coworkers were genuinely good people doing their best in a chaotic environment.

      Cons

      Leadership is reactive, power-hungry, and disconnected from the work. Promotions are based on politics, not competence. It’s not about results or expertise—it’s about saying the right thing to the right person at the right time. Some of the least experienced, least effective people were moved into roles they clearly weren’t ready for, just because they played along. Experienced professionals are brought in, ignored, and drained. Leaders take credit for their work and offer no real support. Feedback is discouraged unless it's praise. Innovation dies in the endless layers of approval and indecision. There is no real inclusion. It’s a performative checkbox. People who don’t conform are quietly pushed out.

      Literally the worst employer I've ever had

      Pros

      None. There are no pros.

      Cons

      Literally being harassed for going to the bathroom or getting a drink from the vending machine. Being the only non H1B visa employee on my team. If I wanted to eat away from my desk I was expected to take PTO. The microwave didn't even have all functioning buttons. Low pay compared to what I'm used to. You freaking had to pay for water. I swear the company is pretty much set up to act as an H1B smuggling ring to bring people in from outside the country.

      Horrendous Company

      Pros

      There is not a single pro to working at this company. It has gone so down hill.

      Cons

      They have been silently removing people's positions over the last two years, hoping people do not notice. They have laid off hundreds of people, but still continue to spend money on things for executive retreats, such as going to Disney World. This is a family-owned business, but they treat their employees like they are nothing. They have been laying off employees who have been with the company for 30+ years instead of allowing them two weeks to complete their work and find another internal opening. They get rid of people and then bring in someone to replace them within weeks or months.
