      Work will vary as company is an MSP and you may support different clients. Relatively easy job, decent pay for entry level potential for growth.

      Cons

      Operate in silo from rest of company, lack of real support from management, lots of volatility and not very stable. Company cares most about bottom line rather than hiring to get help.
