Pros

Great flexibility for work/life balance. Run at your pace - I was able to carve out my desired position and built the Data Services Program at CAI. Training encourraged

Cons

How it ended. It was a very sudden end to my tenure at CAI. I believe they are downsizing, but at the same time, it probably stung more because I loved my job/life here so much. I was hopeful to finish my career here.

- Work-Life Balance - Good People

Cons

- Management only cares about their clients and engagements rather than enabling their employees to grow. - Terrible pay (about 20k less than the average salary in the area) - When I told them that I had accepted another offer, I was threatened with legal action. They told me that my contract stated that I had to notify them when I was looking for another job. I reviewed my contract and there was nothing remotely close to this written.

Pros

Fairly laid back company culture. Most coworkers easy to get along with.

Cons

Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. When denied a raise, asked what could be done/improved on to get one. No clear answer given. In a bid to save money, company shifted pay periods from an "on-time" pay schedule, to one week in arrears. To make the shift, they took money out of each paycheck. This change took place immediately after the holiday shopping season.
