      Good people - some deep expertise in specific fields - true commitment to delivering quality for clients. ESOP with generous contributions and long term record of increasing share value.

      Cons

      Ship is adrift - turnover among C Suite has been extremely high and CEO is expected to retire in next year. New CEO will have real challenges to get company back on growth path.
