      Pros

      Most employees are really good to work with and work for.

      Cons

      The CEO is completely lost... He hires VPs, fires VPs, promotes directors, fires directors. He has no idea what is actually happening in the company. He is such a bad boss that people end up telling him what he wants to hear instead of what the reality is. He is ruining the company. The second person that is ruining the company's culture and values is Tom Peitler, the CTO.

      Pros

      It is a pretty good company with decent senior management, a reasonable organizational framework to allow you to be successful, very good flexibility to allow you to get your job done with reasonable expectations, and barely adequate infrastructure and capabilities.

      Cons

      Lacks strategic direction, is a bit "all-over-the-map" in the pursuit of new business, does not properly support the teams with a minimum proper IT investments (teams are left to fend for themselves to "figure it out"), does not have a comprehensive organizational delivery process / style and each team does things their "own way" which reduces the efficiency of the organization when new teams are stood up or team members move from one team to another . . .
