Good pay, great benefits, pto, good people to work with, always work. They pay for you to go back to school through their program.

Cons

Long 12 hour shifts, sometimes people don’t show up and no one to cover so you have to pick up the slack.

Pros

Work with seasoned staff who are very knowledgeable in their fields. Great teamwork to help provide the patient with the best care that can be offered. There are plenty of different patients that one can encounter on a daily basis.

Cons

Patient population is at it's worst in recent years due to multifactorial issues that plague the existing community including but not limited to: aging population, rampant drug abuse in the community, increased poverty, etc.
