- Low pay compared to other companies for same skill set. - There were occasional challenges as management underestimated timelines, turning projects into Easter eggs of half-day miracles.

Pros

There are no advantages to working with this company. Avoid them at all costs. They gained entry into WPAFB by underbidding on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract.

Cons

The company has multiple issues: no pay or late payroll payments, poor program staffing, and low employee satisfaction. Family medical insurance costs over $25K annually out of your own pocket. Additionally, the 401K employer match doesn't kick in for several months. There are even more troubling details. If possible, steer clear. The offered salary was $75K annually.
