Remote work is the only advantage. Nothing else stood out as a positive experience. Worst Management Experience – Final Salary Never Paid

Cons

After separation, pending salary for three weeks was never paid despite repeated follow-ups. Once u left the company, emails were ignored, and was unable to reach management. The entire exit process felt unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no accountability, no transparency, and no proper communication regarding my pending dues. Based on my own friend experience, I would advise anyone considering a 1099 contract to clearly understand the payment terms before joining.

Leadership is a major concern. The CEO frequently communicates performance concerns through late-night emails without first engaging directly with reporting managers or team leads. Feedback often appears based on assumptions rather than firsthand understanding of employee responsibilities or actual performance. This pattern has created a stressful and discouraging environment, and several employees have experienced similar treatment. Greater accountability, structured communication processes, and respectful leadership practices would greatly improve morale and retention.
