Pros
The culture at CAPTRUST is by the far I have ever been a part of during the 40+ years I have worked. Every position is made to feel important and part of the greater good. I have witnessed everyone from the CEO all the way down pitch in to get a job done, whether that is moving boxes, rearranging chairs or sending out packages. All positions are a part of some kind of reward system for reaching goals throughout the year. I feel like management wants you to succeed in your position. Also, specific to the times, during COVID we were sent home to work remotely and there has been no pressure to return to work. There are a few that are needed in the office to do daily tasks, but are asked to not remain longer than necessary.
Cons
Being an administrative associate does limit where you can advance at the company. You would need additional training or schooling to go further.
