Pros

Smart people who use a common sense approach to solve problems while maintaining a balance between mission focus and revenue targets. Amazing benefits including an unheard of 401K package. Executive team is focused on mission and is not easily distracted by the noise resulting from the uncertainty in healthcare. ED is very approachable and executive team is tuned into needs of their employees.

Cons

Since collaboration is at the heard of CAQH, getting things done may take longer than in some organizations.
