      I enjoy working at Carchex. Staff is fun and energetic. The call center location is in a great safe environment and thriving.

      Cons

      Just the food courts is a little expensive

What you described is exactly our goal when we think of the ideal workplace environment. A safe environment where our team can grow and thrive, all while still having fun and enjoying the workday. Unfortunately, we have no control over the cost of food in the center but we encourage you to explore the courtesy discounts vendors in the Hunt Valley Towne Center offer to employees of other tenants in the center.       Great Workplace Culture!

      Pros

      I greatly enjoy coming to work every day because of my coworkers, there is never a dull moment in this office and I really feel like a part of a team here. My managers are incredibly nice and understanding when I need to take off, or if I am running late in the morning. They are also super helpful and never condescending which is something a lot of people sadly deal with in their workplaces. When I graduated from Towson University, I was afraid that I wouldn't have a social life and that I would have a hard time meeting new people and friends, but in my short time here I have already made lasting relationships with people of all different walks of life and now I cannot imagine my life any other way!

      Cons

      Honestly there are very few cons for me at CARCHEX. The only issue I face here is when people microwave food that smells :D but thankfully that is a very rare issue
