Great Workplace, Culture, Benefits and Perks!

Pros

- Work with great people, and for great people - Fridays off in the summer (paid) - Friday afternoons rest of year used for personal development (learn new skills, get certifications, etc.) - Top tier benefits - Yearly bonus - Great swag - Free catered lunch in office once a week - Happy Hours

Cons

- Mandatory 2-3 days in office (might be a con for some)
