Pros

Very relaxing and collaborative team environment. You are expected to do your job, but I have never worked somewhere that has managed to have such a laid back culture. Tech stack on my team is modern and enjoyable. Senior teammates are always willing to lend a helping hand to get you pointed in the right direction. Remote option on my particular team ( cant speak for every team, but some do have this)
