Pros

WLB is great. Culture is kinda cool aid, but I suppose that is better than toxic. A lot of liberty to learn here! I was given a lot of opportunities to work on various tech, React, Kotlin, AWS Cloud Services, plus more!

Cons

The Pay was a bit subpar, but it was definitely fair for the expectations at the time. Not sure if that's still the case. Benefits were good.

Pros

People really car about what they do. Great work life balance with fridays off during the summer Upper management requests feedback quite often (although i dont know if anything comes out of it) Get to experiment with different technologies, as long as the team you are on is on board.

Cons

Quite slow sometimes and then all of the sudden the work load picks up.
