- Work-life balance is a real thing here - 4 day week during summer is awesome - Learning platform is excellent - The level of pressure to deliver is totally under control - Internal processes are well structured - HR is phenomenal

Cons

- The pay range is a little bit under the market - Any other complaints would be just nitpicking or personal preference
