From the top down there is absolute transparency about what we are and what we are not. I have never felt that we are pulling some trick on customers to make a dollar. The vision from leadership is very clear that we need to do right by our customer. We are changing a consumer market in a way that few can. We are extremely tech forward and enjoy taking risks. When joining this team you quickly realize the amount of projects the business wants to tackle and the number of people it will take to do that. If you can come in and show you can solve problems and get what we are doing you have a ton of places you can grow into.

The Carvana team is brilliant, strategic, and inspiring. Working for a company that does business the right way and is truly customer-centric is a special opportunity. And when you consider how far Carvana has come in such a short time, it feels very rewarding. I've never worked for a company with a higher ceiling and the talent and hustle to reach it. Nothing ever feels impossible here. There's a confidence and purposefulness that drives not just the leadership team, but trickles down to everyone. We're all contributing to something that matters.
