Pros
I thought I'd give the short summary in the title of the review and save the long-winded answer for here but Carvana really is that special. Not only are we disrupting a century old industry but we're also having a ton of fun doing it! The Carvana leadership really stands by the principle of hiring the right person that is a great culture fit for the company as opposed to someone with the most manicured resume. This isn't to say the quality of employees is anything less than stellar though. In my short time here I've had the opportunity to work directly with former professors, industry veterans, and insanely intelligent people from all kinds of different backgrounds. Also, as a new college grad, I could not imagine working for a more transparent company. Everyone works in an open floor plan together giving you the ability to interact with anyone all the way up to the CEO on a daily basis. Not to mention, with the company's success being as insane as it has been, there are internal growth opportunities constantly popping up and everyone is quick to support you advancing your career internally. Honestly, I could keep expounding on the unbelievable experience of working here for the past 8 months but you're best bet would be to just apply and experience it for yourself firsthand!
Cons
I hate to be that guy that doesn't have any cons...but honestly the only negatives that may arise are usually self inflicted. With the open nature of the company, if there are any issues, whether personal or procedural, you can easily discuss them with anyone in the office. Everyone is very receptive to any problems you may be having and will work quickly to fix them.
