With the scaling up to a much larger company they brought in a bunch of senior management talent from other major companies that had great success. but this culture used to be about the employee which helped it go to the customer. Now it is all about being a production power house. Mandatory Overtime Since Black Friday 2018, no more respect for the employee. Production. production. production.

The company is great, well not great it is amazing and the values and ideas they have are outside the box and in demand! The company is spreading like wild fire. It is growing so fast, it’s grow potential last year was like 300%, and they are trying to keep up with that growth, but it is sacrificing it’s values and the types of employees it wants and needs. When a company like ours tries to grow as fast as we are it ends up sacrificing its core values that sets it apart from other companies and causes recruiters to compromises on the employees they are selecting. When this happens the company values will not be held up. I hope the CEO realizes this and he decides to take a step back and slow down and really concentrate on the employees we are bringing into the fold. Also for the hours worked and the time and energy that is put in by field recruiters that make $15-16 dollars an hour verse $20+ an hour that I used to make is discouraging (salary is NOT $46,000 plus, more like $32,000). We are bringing in the people that make a difference and set records, I just wish our pay reflected how hard we work.
