Problem with line lead in Winder

Pros

Benefits and salary is great

Cons

Line leads plays favorites and do everything they can to get rid of anyone they don't like. No empathy, whatsoever, for medical issues. Their "open door policy" is a joke.

Very cool concept but no structure in management.

Pros

This company is a driving force, it is exciting to see and be apart of a nationwide roll-out. Plenty of activities to get involved with the community and within the company.

Cons

Most of the management has been there since the beginning and don't have any formalized training. They need to be trained how to handle complicated situations, concerns of employees, have empathy, be professional and learn to not bark orders.

Pros

The culture here really is great. Awesome benefits, packed social calendar and good leadership. The managers here all love their jobs and put all they have into the good of the company; which is awesome. The environment is fun and promotes teamwork and collaboration due to how open the floor is. Executives are all very approachable and passionate about their work as well. Truly a great place to work, there's no doubt about that.

Cons

The advocate area is becoming more of a glorified call center the more the company grows and scales. This is expected but it makes the work more repetitive and less exciting. Also, you do not get noticed for the rapport you build with customers unless they mention you in a review. You could persuade a customer into purchasing a vehicle with your personality and customer service skills. However, you could still get graded poorly for that call if you don't hit every desired metric/point that the management would like you to hit. These "grades" on calls are treated as the holy grail of a good advocate and carry A LOT of weight in how quickly you progress in your roll here. The system has its place and purpose but it is very young and not even close to perfect. It is also subject to bias, whether managenent will ever admit it or not.
