Thank you for providing your candid feedback. It is an interesting observation that you rank company culture as a pro but bad upper management as a con as the two tend to be very tied together. And in the role of Technical Support Specialist, the question would be how much interaction you actually had with upper management.

I now know that the diverse nationalities and people were due to their high turn over rate and low pay. Micromanaging, forced smiles, chaos, harshness were normal. They didnt care how crazy the weather was during the winter, it was office first for them. Even if you have a medical report or just had a baby, they did not care - just come to the office. Their products are mediocre and as a new hire, getting the required information or work tools was almost impossible because the previous staff are no longer there to handhold you. They hire and fire at will, without warning. No job security

Thank you for the candid feedback. Our turnover rate actually sits well below the benchmark for a software/tech company. You may have a perception of high turnover but that is not based in the statistics that we monitor very closely. In terms of in office requirement, we are proud of the culture that we have cultivated with people working together collaboratively in office. Our Edmonton office does encounter severe weather and we address it appropriately to ensure the safety of our employees traveling to the office.
