Pay is relatively good; however, it is inconsistent across the company. About 25% of the leadership team are outstanding-some of the best I have ever worked with or for.

Cons

75% of the leadership team is pretty toxic, immature, and highly passive-aggressive. It can be quite draining working here-though the people at the bottom are amazing.

CATHEXIS has a culture that resonates with its clients and employees. Their focus is on doing the right thing, all the time. Leadership listens and adjusts. They clearly care about HOW they deliver and are thoughtful is all they do. They are a great example of how it's possible to grow and be successful while still putting people first.

Cons

None really. I enjoy the corporate communication and wouldn't mind more of it.

If you work on the Gov contract side, they can get pulled and reshuffling may not be possible
