      Pros

      You get help when you're confronted with difficult situations. It's a company that has growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Every now and then there is mandatory overtime and it's brought up spontaneously.

      Liked the people I worked with, good money if you made commission for the month.

      Cons

      The training stunk..trainer was more worried about leaving early on fridays for the lake and not doing much training on mondays cause he was tired from being at the lake. HIs training on what we needed to know, cost me my job. All I heard was "that was in the training" and it WAS NOT. They EXPECT you know everything and the the Sups would give you different answers. Our head Sup didn't even know how to do our job and said if you need answers, you will have to ask your Sup cause I don't know the answer.

      The people on my team were great.

      Cons

      Management and environment. You are just a number to the company and they're certainly not afraid of layoffs. Run for your life if you're looking for a non-associate level position.
