The management is awful. The job description does not align at all with what you actually do on a day to day basis. Employees will tell you that you are better off working someplace else. People are overworked and instead of trying to remedy any situation, they tell employees “oh well”. The Regional President came into the office and there were two or three new employees and instead of introducing himself, he chose to not acknowledge them at all. Also, make sure to smile the whole time you’re in meetings otherwise management will talk (behind your back) about how you don’t look happy to be there and that you have “resting mean face”.
