      One CBIZ movement made it hard on the Admin team

      Pros

      They have a really great snack room and order in food a lot! They also celebrate a lot of tax deadlines. There is a clear path to move up within the company.

      Cons

      This was not all directors but there are some there that can make it a very unhealthy work environment, especially if you are on the administration team. Tax deadlines can be really stressful and they can take it out on the rest of the employees. It was unfortunate to watch adults make other adults cry, but it happened. The Southern California office did this reorg a few years ago that made it a lot worse. It turned into this weird us against them relationship between the admin and tax teams.
