      Disjointed nationally. Leadership not in tune with Business Unit Leaders. Need people at National Level who have the requisite experience to lead and grow company. Feel that national leadership positions are given to those who placate to Board leadership, and we really need to promote up from Business Units at that level. We have people in leadership roles who really haven't proven they can bring in business or develop staff.
