The average age of the company is most likely in the upper 40s low 50s, the majority of the people are not technologically savy and just from knowing how to use a pivot table you are in the top 1% of excel skills. If you want a culture of nice hardworking people, this is not it. I feel everyone who stays here long term have some weird social dysfunction, or are inept at their job and cannot go anywhere else. CBIZ's main way of acquiring more business is by acquiring smaller firms. Which as a result made the internal make up of the firm a mess. Entering hours into two systems is a pain, and our phone system is from the civil war. Projects them selves suck, multiple times i have done repeat projects where it was obvious whoever did the last report had no idea what theyre doing, and i question if they even did the work or if they just made it up. Our engagement letters are often contain errors, i dont understand how there can be errors on our engagement letters ? It just makes the entire process a lot lot more difficult.

Small offices and personnel are not valued. Senior management seems to have no idea how to grow the company organically. All the growth is done via acquisitions, and many of those have not worked out well.
