Pros
Work life Balance, Great Benefits, nice and approachable upper management. Clean office space. Great location. Firm outings and holiday parties are planned and executed to perfection.
Cons
Employees are set up to fail. Due to massive turnover, management panicked and hired anyone who was looking for a job. Employees that were worth fighting for picked up and left due to lack of appreciation by management. The office is rapidly becoming infected with cliques and inter-company couples. Tons of favoritism is shown throughout levels leaving the others to hope they get assigned. Experienced staff are overloaded with work while new hires managers barely make client appearances.
