      Excellent Peers, good benefits, fun activities if you know the right people.

      Cons

      Poor training, 50-60 hour typical week, management it hit or miss, culture in some dept's is bad, weak communication, no direction from mgmt at local or nationally level. Favorites get special treatment, non-favorites get no flexibility

      Pros

      All the staff were nice and willing to show you the ropes. Variety in client base allows for a knowledgeable experience.

      Cons

      Not a ton of teaching going on. Just teaching you to fill out tax forms. A lot of staff is only there part time so it can be hard to build great relationships with them.
