      Pros

      great benefits, good pay, and good vacation and sick policy.

      Cons

      POOR communication!! Lack of training, direction and leadership. The most reactive company I have ever worked for, letting the employees deal with the fall out of upset, angry clients.

      Great place to learn but not to stay

      Pros

      The exposure to different industries and learning experience is great. Most of the colleague I worked with were very smart and capable.

      Cons

      Management wasn't the best. Unless you were a revenue generator, you had a hard time getting promoted and it felt like the managing director was being compensated by not promoting you and keeping costs low unless you brought in revenue. Several colleagues stayed over 4-6 years and either never got promoted, or didn't get promoted like they should have. Raises and bonuses were super subjective and all dependent on the managing director. Bonuses was not inline with production. Promotions was made and bonuses was paid in April.

      Bad work Flow - No follow up or accountability

      Pros

      Good benefits. Christmas Funds, Vision.. Vacation Policy is fair. Decent ticketing system.

      Cons

      Poor work flow and accountability. Poor follow through on issues. Management seems to be disconnected with what is really going on or they are refusing to acknowledge the short comings.
