Turn over is high, almost 50% for the office i was in. They bully people into submission. Management has poor management skills and there is severe lack of communication within the company. Virtually no training, they do not provide help or guidance. There is so much change that it is very hard to keep up and it seems like they are always changing policies and procedures

The pros and cons of Cbiz depends on the office location. Alot of people in the office were married to eachother which can feel awkward if you are not part of that clique. Coincedently, alot of girls were married to partners or senior managers which means you will not get fired and your job is secure.. otherwise, good luck! Very unprofessional environment. No real HR presence. Heavy office politics. Nobody heard of this company so I had to say I worked at the Big 4 on my resume after I left.
