      "I came from a company where I worked 70 hours a week, therefore the flexible work schedules and the approachable partners truly make CBIZ Tofias a unique and positive environment to work in. I enjoy working on a variety of clients and I appreciate how the partners follow up on my questions and comments in order to complete the job accurately and on time

      Pros

      Fine organisation to begin career with and many areas for promotion/growth. Opportunities for ongoing professional training. Good work life balance. Sales targets are reasonable yet push you to be creative with marketing. Significant amount of responsibility put on staff. Work quality is excellent and created with high standards.

      Cons

      Salaries range widely for same position across offices and even within the same office. Upper management lacks focus and communication skills. Lack of direction. Company's strategy is to keep acquiring new business units without focusing resources on existing business, which is killing the company from within.

      Pros

      There are always snacks and a lot of time they bring in lunch during tax seasons. They are pretty good at cross training so you have a great support system when you have questions. They are pretty good at letting people get the time off you need, unless it is during busy season. However that is the case at every accounting firm.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits can be a lot more competitive. They need to take angry outbursts from mangment more seriously.
