      it was a good internship

      don't care about employees, all they want is their stock value to increase. took away bonuses for all employees manager and below, and decreased PTO balances

      IT Upper Management is Awful.

      - Pay was decent, and I did like the benefits CBIZ provided - Loved my coworkers.

      Cons

      - Everything is a fire drill. - IT is expected to be mind-readers and know everything. - Upper management is too wishy-washy to make a decision on pretty much anything. - IT Upper management have no backbones. There are constant exceptions being made so IT has to figure out how to bend over backwards to make things work. Never get recognition. If someone screws up, it's just one person, and not the IT manager taking responsibility while falling on the sword together. - Upper IT management don't respect their teams at all. - Mentally exhausting
