      Pros

      Flexibility Worked with some really good managers and directors Diversified client port folio Good place to start / for young professionals with 1-3 year experiences

      Cons

      Extremely understaffed for some offices. Directors still try to bring new clients when there is no capacity, This will burn not your current employee and add additional risk to the firm. Performance evaluation and promotions can be very political for some offices.

      Pros

      - Coworkers are extremely friendly, humble, and willing to help you whenever. They’re the reason why I am still here - For the most part, managers are nice and wants to see you grow and succeed in your role - Ability to work from home and flexibility in schedule - Pay is ok for the hours/workload - Partners are very nice and easy-going

      Cons

      - High favoritism in the office - Different offices and managers seem to have their own ways of doing certain things - Culture is greatly dependent on office locations and teams - Not too many teams in the LA office, so it can feel more like a local firm - Doesn’t hold many office-wide events or programs to boost team morale

      Good pay, no micro managing

      Cons

      You are alone on an island! There are very little resources for help and the training is a joke. You spend HOURS trying to find answers and go into calls with clients feeling so unprepared. You are thrown into the whole thing with no mentor or designated person to answer questions. You literally have to create and test everything in order to see a product or learn how it works.
