The only pro is that if you work @ CBIZ you are not unemployed.
Cons
Everything? Same leaders for 6+ years is never a great idea- stifles actual growth. Salaries are not competitive. Maternity/paternity leave is not competitive- also slow on the standard to offer a general parental leave and not distinguish between mother & father. Maybe the biggest flaw; There was such a disrespect from top leaders towards any below staff (I wouldn't say age mattered, but more your title). Top leaders had actual conversations in meetings. But anyone below who spoke up usually was met with a sarcastic 'joke' that while seemed 'nice' ultimately just discouraged anyone from voicing their opinions and ideas. I regret not speaking up more when older folks were just flat out rude to me or my colleagues.
