      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for advancement. Depending on your office location, CBRE can be an amazing place to work and get recognized. The company observes many holidays and will usually give a half day before each one. Great work/life balance and many functions for networking. If you’re part of a great team, it won’t even feel like work!

      Cons

      Little to no training. They rely heavily on online modules to answer any questions you may have. It can be a great resource for refreshers, but terrible tool to train new hires. It all depends on management, but some offices can be miserable if you’re with a bad team.

      Pros

      Well, the pros were balance in work/life, flexible hours, and autonomy but it has now morphed into a free for all of development, anything to check the box, atmosphere. Most disturbing is the now lack of diversity, mostly Indian environment. Senior leadership as well as individual contributors are being flooded with H1-B vendor resources. It would be hard to say this was not a direct result of our new CIO. There is massive attrition expected in the first quarter of 2018, after bonuses are paid and other employee programs are ending.

      Cons

      So so benefits, cramped noisy environment, dirty facilities, downtown location, people sitting and meeting on top of each other.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home is excellent; the medical benefits are pretty good also.

      Cons

      Favorites are played regarding promotions; Those who are in management roles now do not understand the work that the analysts do; There is not a sense of upper management looking out for their employees; the fear in the COE is that they are looking for ways to cut down on the headcount.
