Pros

CBRE has clear and well thought out plan in place to become a world class company. They are investing in the company particularly in technology to take advantage of the depth, breadth and scope of their integrated services. Leadership is well organized. Great emphasis on professional growth and development, workplace environment and culture.

Cons

It is a big company and daunting when first joining. Pick your path, engage mentors and work on your personal plan for success. This company will help you excel when you do that but don't expect it to happen automatically or with a passive attitude.

Very nice work environment. Big enough company that has a morale committee for fun events during the month. Helpful coworkers. Great place if you like to learn lots of software packages. Decent benefits.

Cons

Lots of overtime to get the financial reports done by the deadline. High turnover due to heavy workload. Too much micromanaging.
