Flexible work hours. You can come in and leave when you want

It all depends on what team you are on. I was put on team lead by a real nit-picking women. If she found one little thing wrong with my work that would be all she would focus on in my employee reviews. Everyone there appears to have Superman's super hero so you can't even make a personal phone call on your lunch break. Some controllers even look down on people asking for help

Pros

Flexible schedule and autonomy depending on the account assigned to. Opportunity to change accounts every couple of years (if desired). Very fair pay.

Cons

Poorly managed account (especially a new one) can be very frustrating. Every day and every deliverable can feel like a fire drill. Clearly defined process not in place for new accounts. Feels like the wheel is reinvented every time, despite company's immense experience. No Kaiser option for medical (personal preference).
