Cons

For the department I worked in: - Roles did not align to industry standards - Resources were required to specialize in everything and got dinged when it was a less familiar role - Almost negligible upward mobility - Much of the senior management hired from outside had less experience than the people they were managing

I have nothing negative to say about CBRE. This company is well designed, and very organized. I would have never left except i had a hard time relocating to Florida

Pros

The remote program is a plus. My coworkers were friendly. Some of the outings were great.

Cons

Promotions are based on the buddy system instead of the job performed. The atmosphere is not inclusive of all diverse groups. The pay is below average and while they know this, nothing has been done.
