Pros
Every work day was different, plenty of opportunity to develop with internal and external training, strong team within the work-site and a sense you could talk directly to your supervisors and line management.
Cons
HR are very difficult to get hold of or fight your corner if there is site-wide redundancies. Being a contractor and having a uniform created a rift between the client and us, often made to feel like an underling/minion by the high and mighty.
